I offer flexible counselling sessions from my private and comfortable counselling space in Norwest, NSW, or via video or phone call for those who prefer remote support. My practice is conveniently located near Norwest Metro, making it easy to access by public transport for clients across the Hills District and surrounding areas.

For those travelling by car, free parking is available onsite, allowing for stress‑free arrival to your session. Whether you are local to Norwest, elsewhere in the Hills District, or accessing counselling online, I aim to make mental health support accessible, convenient, and comfortable.

My private counselling space is located in Norwest, NSW, in the Hills District, and is near Norwest Metro. The location is easy to access by public transport and well suited for clients travelling from surrounding areas.

Yes. In addition to in‑person sessions, I offer online counselling via secure video call and phone sessions. This option is ideal if you live outside the Hills District, have a busy schedule, or prefer remote mental health support.

My practice is near Norwest Metro, making it convenient for clients travelling by train or bus. The location is easily accessible from across the Hills District and greater Sydney.

You can book a counselling session by using the contact form on this page or through the online booking system. If you’re unsure which service is right for you, you are welcome to get in touch and ask questions before booking.

Once you reach out, I will respond as soon as possible to confirm your enquiry, answer any questions, and help arrange a suitable appointment time. My aim is to make the process clear, supportive, and straightforward.

No referral is required. You can self‑refer and book counselling directly with me. This applies to both in‑person and online sessions.
